Self-Directed Retirment Account Custodian Recommendations

Hi All!!

Looking for help on how to and recommendations on self-directed retirement account custodians.

I have roughly $230K in a rollover IRA and $30K in a Roth IRA with Fidelity both from a job i had earlier this year. I'm looking to see how I can leverage this to buy my next deal. What are the major things I should know? Does anyone have any experience doing this and how did you go about it?
