No Money, Great Property?
Why do people with absolutely no money to invest always think they’ve found the greatest deal ever worth $40Million and they could purchase it for $3 million.? Is it the same reason their retirement planning consists of buying lottery tickets? The less money someone has, the bigger the deal they want to take down. Do any of these dreamers ever get a reality check?
Funny, I’ve made some great buys in the last 40 years, and almost everyone of them I was able to obtain at the “steal” price because of the following factors
1 - I had the experience, knowledge and information to be able to recognize the true value
2- I had the Fortitude the take the calculated risk and invest my money
3 - I had access to cash immediately to convince the seller to take the property off the market
These deals came along about once every three years - and I look at 2,500 deals a year!
