iBank 5 and Real Estate Investments
Hi all,
I just started using iBank 5. There may be a way to track real estate properly on this program, but it sure isn't intuitive. Correctly, it calculates all the leverage one has against their real estate investments w/out accounting for cash-flow, equity, etc. My net worth, according to the program is an incredible number, but well below zero. :)
Anyone has experience w/ IBank and tracking a more accurate net worth, etc, in regards to REI?
