Need connections with a Friendly RE CPA in ATL willing to work with !

Hello Friends!

After 2 years of analysis paralysis, I am finally putting an offer into my first investment property!!! I have a good team so far which includes my partner and a good real estate agent. Only thing I'm missing is a friendly real estate CPA who would be willing to work with me as I grow and learn without a horrendous price tag . I've talked to some CPAs who are charging $1000 for their services. 

Is that to be expected? I'm looking for someone who I can casually ask a question or two here and there while handling all my taxes too.
