senior needing advice

Hello,

Currently in California. Would need advice on finances/property.

not sure what’s is best to do as a senior. one owner on title with 3renters.

are seniors able to refinance without affecting credit? I hear credit cards maybe taken away/cancelled.

Best to refinance for repairs?

would it be ok to refinance and get a duplex as a senior? or being a senior wouldn’t allow me to so certain things?
