Seeking an established CPA and advisor with a background in real estate in GA/AL

Hello- we have a handful of properties across Georgia and Alabama and I am having a tough time connecting with a superstar CPA to help us leverage and maximize our real estate investments. We live in CA, but all investment properties are in GA and AL. We are both employed full time and this is our side-business. Thank you in advance!
