Salutations!

I have some background in real estate but haven't invested in anything yet --want to start THIS year! Maybe with a duplex. 

For now, I'm focused more on learning the ins-and-outs of the financial side of real estate by helping investors through offering professional bookkeeping --so that they can focus on their own strengths and getting deals (rather than paperwork and dealing with QuickBooks). 

What advice might you give to someone that's wanting to connect with real estate investors who are looking for/in need of a bookkeeper? And if you're also a bookkeeper please feel free to connect with me too, happy to learn more from anyone! Thank you in advance!
