Detroit Single Family Homes
Hi,
I have a few properties at Detroit, MI. One was told to have a bad foundation which made the living condition unlivable. The other was a slumlord/drug zone area so no one wanted to rent the property. The information from these two houses are given to me at 2009. We just got the notice now that we officially own both homes free and clear after the law settlement. However we are default on property taxes for both.
I am looking for advice on what I can do in this situation and get myself out of this situation.
