Hi all - newbie here to BP.

In the process of closing on my first property as a house hack in Philly and I'm already addicted to the deals. Was wondering if anyone had any CPA recs experienced in real estate investing / LLC structuring? I am looking for someone familiar with the market who can guide me through the process.
