Online Side Hustle Success?

I'm a real estate investor. I have cerebral palsy. I am building my multifamily portfolio. I started in SFH and have done multiple BRRRRs.

What are some good side hustles I can do online that I can do as I build my multifamily portfolio?

I'm gravitating towards monetizing my YouTube channel since people say I'm motivational. I plan to do this by posting 3 videos a week on YouTube and 2 blogs on Biggerpockets to get more attention
