Self Directed IRA
Hello -
not sure if this is the right forum, but my associate has about $69k in a simple IRA which he would like to utilize for real estate investing, he also, would like to be able to pay himself for the work done, from what I understand IRS ruling states that he can't work directly on the property, is there a way for him to structure this so that he can eventually become a full time investor, utilizing his self-directed IRA?
