Id love to hear from some people who flip houses and love to travel what is the best credit earn miles, from stock you buy for your flips? All of my flip money is private money so I write a check whenever I need it. It I would be nice to capitalize on some of these credit card point / mile systems, however there are just too many out there to wrap my head around it.

Anyone care to share what cards they are using for flipping and earning miles?

Thanks

I am sure there are a million better ways to do this, but I use the Chase Sapphire Preferred card for purchases. I get plenty of points there for purchases at Home Depot, Lowes, etc. BUT I also am a ProXtra member for points at Home Depot. Purchases are tied to the phone number that you use, not using the card. You get perks that come out to about 1% of sales at HD. I have asked several family members who go to Home Depot to put in my phone number when they make a purchase. THAT gives me credit for purchases, hence more sales dollars.

There are so many different rewards programs that I try to keep it simple. Chase has a bunch of rewards and points programs for the Sapphire Preferred card so thats what I use.
