Investor money in a back account
I'm looking at purchasing short-term term rentals with OPM If I have my Investor give me the finances as we are shopping for the right property how do I set up the Investor money in the bank account two where they would feel that their money is safe?

@Patrick Mazza have them wire the money to title when escrow is set up. Don't take people's money if you don't know what to do with it. That is the quickest way to ruin your name and make a bad time for everyone.
