How do you manage your bank accounts for your rentals? Do you have a separate account for each rental? I only have 2, but I was wondering how you track finances for all of them etc.

@Gina Shumway I have an account for operating expenses and one for security deposits for all properties. Over times I have had the same set up at multiple banks for different property groups, but recently in the process of consolidating all accounts in one bank to ease tracking of spending.

In really boils down to what works for you and your portfolio, but if you are having someone do your books and returns I would get their input as it might cost more for you to have an account for each property as you scale up.
