Sample or Template for a Real Estate Portfolio document

I apologize if this is a duplicate post, but I don't see my earlier question anywhere.

I am looking for a sample or template to use to make a real estate portfolio that will be helpful in showing banks what we have in the way of our many properties. I'm not sure what information needs to go into this document or what a good layout would look like.
