Good morning,

I just acquired 6 duplexes in Warrensburg MO outside of kansas city and was looking for a referral for an engineer to do a cost seg.

    @Alex Shaughnessy Get in touch with @Yonah Weiss. I've found that the cost difference between an algorithmic cost seg study and an engineered cost seg study is not nearly as pronounced as you might expect, and the added value for the incremental cost can make the engineered study a "no brainer."
