Hello all! My partners and I are breaking into the larger mulifamily space after investing in several smaller multfamily deals over the past few years. Currently, we are in best and final for a 100 unit acquistion in San Antonio. We found out today that we are currently just shy of the net worth requirement for the loan, so we are looking for a partner help fill that net worth gap. If you're interested, contact me at [email protected]. Thanks! Due date for best and final submissions is October 28th.

San Antonio multifmaily purchasing experience is preferred by the seller.

If anyone else is experienced with this process and has any other creative financing ideas, please let me know.  It'll be great to establish partnerships for this deal and for future acquisitions.

Thank you!
