Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOF) for non Accredited Investor???

Does anyone know of any QOF's for non-accredited investors?

I am wanting to offset some capital gains by investing in a qualified opportunity fund but can't find any for non-accredited investors. 

Bonus for anyone knows of any other investment style opportunities that will help offset some capital gains from the sale of cryptocurrency.
