Want to connect with Orlando STR owners!

Hey Everyone, I'm looking at Orlando for doing my first STR as an OOS investor. I have a few LTRs and I am comfortable doing the deal analysis on those, however that is not the case for STRs. I would love to connect with anyone who has had success with STRs in Orlando. I specifically have questions on what's a realistic expectation for CoCr, cleaning fee, what do you contribute your Airbnb success to, best location in Orlando etc. Thank you in advance!

@Michael Johnson be sure to do your research on the location of the home. The City of Orlando allows STR but only if it is your primary full-time residence and you rent no more than half the rooms in the home. If you are in unincorporated orange county you would not be allowed to do STR. If you are thinking Orlando=Disney and other theme parks you are right but your STR would need to be in Osceola, Lake, or Polk County. @Brian Chu might be able to give you some insight. If you want to Talk to a PM that manages near Disney you could connect with @Alice Horn
