Who are the Best Property Managers in the Pacific North West?

Hi everyone,

We are currently interviewing and vetting property managers in Washington and Oregon state and wanted to know if anyone has found a company that they have really loved, or one they would recommend avoiding.  We are specifically looking for ones that work in the greater Puget Sound and Portland areas but welcome feedback for the whole state/s.  We would like to find a company that can handle duplexes up through large multi-family buildings (50+ units) and that covers a full spectrum of services while retaining competitive pricing.  Thank you in advance for the help!

we are realtors and small tome investors here in Portland. The company we use is 24/7 properties and his name is Doug Moe. We are so at ease with our rentals and never had any problems. that's a very great one for the Portland metro area
