Elipsis Investment specializes in Acquiring and Selling off-market Investment properties throughout the states of Michigan and Ohio. Our proven method and process provide excellent and worthwhile investment opportunities for our clients. We also acquire Real Estate for our in-house portfolio. Along with simultaneously teaching and working with our team members to create financial freedom through Real Estate Investing. We are expanding, and we are looking to add top talent to our team. If you are looking for a career in Real Estate Investing with aspirations to one day become an Investor yourself, but do not know where to start, you have found it!

We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and committed. Keep in mind this is a commission-only position. However, our average starting agents should expect to make anywhere between $2,500 and $6,500 per month. A seasoned agent with experience could expect to make much more than $10,000 per month.

· Calling, Meeting, and Building rapport with Property owners in various markets.
· Executing cold calling procedures to acquire properties.
· Negotiating coherently, preparing, and closing acquisitions contracts.
· Outbound/Inbound Acquisitions Calls
· Meeting or Exceeding monthly targets.
· Promptly responding to emails, tasks, and completing company projects in a timely manner
