wholesale deals...looking for cash buyers

Phew, so many times I wanted to give up on the wholesaling side of my real estate investing, however I believe it is strategic to me acquiring off market rentals I would want to keep and also generating income to fund my rental portfolio by assigning the properties I do not want to keep. It is a lot of hardwork, commitment, and who you become.. Just having two contracts signed shows that it can be done.. Now I am looking for cash buyers to assign this properties to or wholesalers who want to JV..

The properties are a 2bed 1bath manufactured home in Muncie Indiana, seller owns the lot and 2bed 1bath town house in Cumberland Maryland.. both I sent to a title company...
