We are acquiring an incredible 3-story mixed use historic building and need $150k. We are going to pay a 15% flat rate (not monthly, but FLAT) so whenever we pay it off you will receive 15% on your money. We have the capital contractually obligated to receive by the end of the year and can provide it.
