New to REI - Seeking Realtors/Partners in Birmingham, Alabama

Hi All,

I'm Kumar. I'm an overseas investor based in Singapore who's new to REI in the US. I'm hoping to acquire SFR flips and small MFR BRRRs in Birmingham, Alabama and nearby markets. I'm looking for realtors who preferably have experience with Out of State/ Overseas investors and as investors themselves. I'm happy to design profit-sharing or fixed fee incentives for those who could help project manage end-to-end from purchase, rehab and sale as well.

I'm also seeking to partner with Investors who would be open to working together on an equity share basis to help them scale i.e. I would put up the cash necessary for the deal excluding the debt financing. I do want to tap on the wisdom and experience who've already embarked on this journey prior.
