Buying Cash Flowing SFR Portfolios

We are buying cash flowing single family homes from small to medium investors. If you own rental properties that you would like to cash out of, we are quick, and pay fair prices based on ROI. We are not bottom feeders and are not looking to steal properties.

We prefer to buy houses in groups, which makes us an excellent outlet for someone with multiple properties who does't want to deal with the headaches of selling them one by one. We can and have bought more than 100 at a time.

We will also buy vacant and those needing rehab.

Our general criteria is 1200- 3500sf with a minimum of 3 bedrooms. Low income areas are fine, but not high crime.

My focus in currently on the Las Vegas area, but we're also buying in CA, KS, MO, OH, IN, TX.
