Albany County, NY Commercial Opportunity 10+ Units Partnership

I'm currently working on my first commercial BRRR with a 5 unit. There are two other value add commercial deals 10+ units in Albany County that would be a great long-term asset. I'm looking to connect with a capital partner that is interested in a long-term hold or a short-term equity partner looking for a good return.
