Need a RE Lawyer in the Miami area to recoup my deposit

Hi BP community,

I signed PSA to buy a rental triplex in the Miami area. During the purchase process, I was not able to get home insurance coverage due to the property condition. The seller doesn't want to refund the deposit mostly due to process issues during the purchase period.

I'm looking for a Real State Lawyer to help me get my deposit back.
