Seeking equity partner for SFR BRRRR

Hi folks, 

I'm under contract on a SFR brick ranch that I intend to BRRRR. The purchase price is $110k, rehab will be $63k and ARV is 210k.

I'm looking for an equity partner willing to help finance the project. I'd love to finance the full purchase and rehab costs, but am also able to work with a smaller amount.

I intend to purchase and refinance in my own name and don't want to use an LLC.

I'm more than happy to share information about the project, my experience and financial position if you're interested.
