Hi Karen,

I'm a real estate investor/rehabber. I hold field trips throughout the country on how investors can make better profits by "rehabbing remotely". After this change in the market, I'm seeing people making significantly higher profits by building new homes on in-fill lots. This is really the best way to make money in these hyper areas such as Southern California, Northern California, Austin, TX and even more areas. Every city right now has their pockets where new construction is bringing much higher profits.

I'm using Austin as an example but this strategy works throughout the country right now, but will continue in a longer term in other areas too.

Dear Jean:

Karen Margrave is the Queen Baller in Orange County, I am in awe with her prowess in creating McMansions out of dirt.

Many years before I reach even apprentice level.

Jean Norton, sounds like you are doing the same in your neck of the woods!

Karen you asked me in a previous post what I am currently doing. . .

I am positioning myself as a Commercial Hard Money Broker and currently have an impressive lending ceiling.

Also, have my hands into institutional commercial soft money that can stretch out 5 to 7 years for seasoned ballers such as yourselves.

. . .and then, what I am best at is fixing, getting deals closed like the Hancock Park in the previous post.

So ladies I stand before you both as a happy puppy. . how can I support you?
