House Flipper Northwest PA

Hi all, I'm looking for a house flipper in Northwest PA (NWPA). I have a MHP in the Greenville, Hadley, Pymatuning area, south of Erie, PA and there 4-6 homes that are vacant in the community. I'm looking for a flipper that I could sell the homes to (for next to nothing) and will fix and flip them to future residents. If anyone knows someone in that market, please let me know.
