I'm looking to grow my portfolio in 2021 (currently at 127 units).  Specifically, I'm looking for 2-3 acquisitions.

1) $1.5M - $1.75M - acquire with 1031 (after current sale to Starbucks)
2) $5-$8M acquisition using traditional financing (or 2 properties at $3-$4M ea)

Mostly interested in multi family or property that can be repositioned as multi family…. but would consider other opportunities.  Investors, lenders, brokers... feel free to direct message to connect.
