Looking for guest speakers to discuss their markets

Hey BP Family!

Besides having my own real estate business on the side (single family rentals, small multifamily and LP & GP ownership in a few syndicated offerings), I also happen to be the Acquisition Manager for the DeRosa Group headed by Matt Faircloth (author of Raising Private Capital - available in the BP Bookstore).

A big portion of success to our syndicated offerings (most recently we closed on a 336 unit apartment complex in Winston-Salem, NC) is using our social media platform to educate investors on all aspects of real estate investing.

In continuing to build on our platform, beginning this Thursday, November 5th at 12pm ET (and every Thursday thereafter), we will be kicking off our first episode of "Market Hunter Thursdays with Herve". This show is going to be educational & entertaining as we will feature a guest speaker that I will interview to discuss investing opportunities in their real estate market. The show will air on our DeRosa Insiders channel (140 subscribers) and a week later it will air on our YouTube channel (27,000 subscribers), providing a great opportunity for our guest speaker to invest & partner up with listeners to our programs.

For our 1st episode on November 5th, we will have a guest speaker discussing multifamily opportunities in Lexington, KY. Other cities that we would like to have a guest speaker to discuss with us include: Kansas City, MO; Newport News, VA; Anchorage, AK; Tampa, FL; Phoenix, AC; Boston, MA; San Diego, CA; Dayton, OH; Albuquerque, NM; Greensboro, NC; Memphis, TN; Birmingham, AL & Colorado Springs, CO.
