Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to BRRRR a multifamily in NJ with a partner for capital. This will be my first deal and so I'm happy to give a generous split to the partner in exchange for making it possible.

I'm just starting out-- looking for deals, potential partners and the rest of the team.

I'm also open to hiring a mentor/coach.
