Looking for Lender Recommendations for a 6-unit in New Jersey

Hello friends,

I am looking for lender references! I recently put a 6-unit residential building under contract and now planning to do a rehab. So at the moment we are looking for a lender who can either finance purchase 75-80% LTV and 100% on repairs, or just finance our rehab cost.

Purchase price 200k
Rehab cost 100k
ARV ~500k

Duration 12-18 months
