Our website http://visulate.com has the public records of every property and company in Florida indexed on it from public records. Those of you already operating in Florida or thinking about doing so might find it useful. In addition on each property page there is now a link to a pre-populated spreadsheet that you can add your own figures to and save. Here is an example of a property currently on the market
