I am newer to Bigger Pockets. I am a real estate agent and soon-to-be investor. I have an upcoming listing in Okemos, MI. I am looking for a contractor to go through it with me so that I can better understand the extent of the rehab needed or if it is a teardown.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks!
