Looking for an expierenced Operator

I am looking to partner with an experienced operator to invest in 100+ unit multi families in sub markets of ATL.

I live on Long Island, NY and have access to raising the capital needed. What I lack is experience in operating. If I had a partner that brings that experience & track record into a deal, with my contacts we can raise the funds needed for these larger deals.
