OPTION 1 - Flat $1,500 leasing fee - After we place a tenant, you take over the management process in full.

OPTION 2 - 7% of the rent, 1 month leasing fee - Property Manager handles everything!

Option 1 - We place a qualified tenant on a lease. After we place the tenant, all management responsibilities shift to you as the owner. This is a great option for owners who like to maintain control over the management of their units. It also ends up being cheaper over the course of the lease than standard management. This is a great option to pay us to lease the property, not spending money on an attorney to write a solid lease, or time placing a tenant.

Option 2 - NO additional Fees:

● We handle all maintenance calls and schedule service when needed

● NO on boarding fee

● FREE bi annual inspection fee

● NO turnover fee

● Eviction protection - If the tenant gets evicted or abandons the unit before their lease is up, we place the next tenant for free
