Four Points Property Management seeks an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This candidate must be well versed in Massachusetts Landlord-Tenant Law and must possess a strong residential management background.
Your main job function will be overseeing a portfolio of residential properties assigned to you consisting of 150+ units. As a property manager, you will be the main contact with owners and tenants and must have the ability to multi-task between field appointments, inspections, and in-office duties. This candidate must thrive in a fast-paced working environment alongside a team of seasoned professionals who are passionate about the real estate management industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations in accordance with set company policies and procedures
- Owner/Tenant Relations - Maintain high owner/client satisfaction, high occupancy rates across the portfolio and ensure tenant issues are promptly handled
- Must be able to work well with the maintenance coordinator to achieve optimal portfolio success
- Leasing - Review rent surveys, ensure vacancies are being marketed and provide ownership leasing updates
- Manage Property Inspections - Tenant Move Out, Lease Renewal, Make Ready Inspections
- Security deposit dispositions
- Maintenance - Coordinate property turnover maintenance with our company vendor list, address maintenance issues, work closely with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CANDIDATE WITH:
- 2+ Years in the residential property management industry
- Massachusetts Real Estate License Preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills (aptitude test may be required after a successful interview)
- Solid organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize
- Superior customer service and tenant relations skills
- Good judgment and ability to problem solve
- Proven supervisory skills
- Excellent team player who collaborates well with the management team
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite + Appfolio
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to site locations for property inspections
Compensation commensurate with experience
