Looking to launch my virtual property management business! I'd ask for a low 8%-9% of most deal and wanted to know with my expertise in federal government transactions and private residential property management.

We utilize top level landlord friendly software to handle tenant screenings, marketing for your upcoming vacant units, handling new leads, maintaining current tenants & more and have a team of three including myself who are highly skilled in managing properties in greater Boston, Atlanta and the New England region. Currently, we will be based out of Washington, DC and would most likely handle the back end administration without having any role with maintenance. We would still log in the maintenance orders or tickets through our system but usually we've found out that landlords usually have their own handy team or do it themselves.
