Networking in Pittsburgh - looking for professionals

Hello,

I am thinking about visiting Pittsburgh and I would like highly recommended wholersaler, property manager and real estate agents to help me get started in Pittsburgh. I am particularly interested in finding duplexes, and secondarily SFR. I would prefer having people refer me to these professionals who have direct experience with the professionals, rather than self-referrals.
