We currently own and manage almost 100 doors around the Fort Drum NY area. Market has solid cash flows. Appreciation is low but stable. Currently have multiple properties under contract and we have more properties lined up. Our current syndicates are small, but lucrative. We are looking for private money lenders looking for 8 to 12% annual returns over a minimum of 18 months. Investment can be backed with a lien on the property depending on loan amount, duration, etc. Long term ownership opportunities may be available after loan duration.
