Looking for Partners for Assisted Living Home

I am looking for financial partners interested in investing in an assisted living home. Finding good “affordable” buy and hold deals is getting harder and harder, but this is an area that is still wide open and one home can yield as much profit as a multi-family apartment building. I have just completed rehab on the home which sits on a lake in a quiet neighborhood and would be an ideal setting for a senior assisted living home.
