I am working with a local cash buyer in Queens, NY, to procure original condition single family homes in Queens. Requirements: original condition, clean title, delivered vacant, minimum lot size of 4,000 sq ft, R3 or R4 zone. I am willing to share a % of commission with any wholesaler etc. that can bring this + assist in getting under contract.
