I need Property Management in Tulsa

Hi, 

I recently started investing in Real Estate and I thought that I had found a PM to cover my Tulsa properties. Everything seemed great when we spoke before, though it did take a while to get anybody on the phone.  Now, I finally closed on my first property in Tulsa and I've been calling this company for a week and can't get a hold of anybody or get anybody to call me back... which just sounds like a warning to me. So now I'm on the search for a different property manager and would love suggestions from someone with hands-on experience.
