Looking for experienced Multifamily JV Partner

I'm a buy and hold Investor. I have 3 SFH and a duplex. I would like to get into multi-family properties but don't want to do it alone.

I'm looking for Value Add or Stable Multifamily deals. 6-25 units under 1.6m.

Prefer deals in NC, but willing to go out of state.

I'll bring capital, credit and help finding and managing the deal. 

Looking for an experience partner that will have some capital skin in the deal. My partner would receive additional equity in exchange for their experience. This is my idea but structure is negotiable.

I want to learn every detail of closing and managing a multi-family property. I have a full time Job, its flexible enough for me to contribute my share in a partnership

@Jonathan Carter not sure where you’re based but if doable, you may want to check out and try to attend a monthly meeting for IROs at the TAA. Believe you can attend your first meeting free. Their office is in Raleigh and the meetings are usually over lunch. You may be able to find the right partners there. Good luck!
