How to Find Commercial Tenants
I usually answer people's questions here on BP but no one knows everything...so it's my turn to ask a question and get help.
I have this warehouse/industrial space that I acquired and finished renovating. I am in the process of getting this place leased but the leasing agent that we hired did not turn out to be as good as we expected. He really did not market the property and didn't have a single showing or prospect.
So, I've decided our team can do it ourselves.
Below are what we're going to do to lease the place or find commercial tenants:
1. Loopnet
2. Signage
3. Call commercial leasing agents in the area
I don't think Craigslist will work for this. We will likely also call our local Chamber of Commerce to see if any company is looking for industrial/warehouse space.
So here's my question/ help I need from you BP Nation:
Do you guys know of other ways to find commercial tenants?
A Little Bit About the Property (and some photos as sometimes, photos might spark some ideas on what kind of tenant is good for this and spark a marketing idea to attract that tenant)

Total rentable area: 42,000 sqft
27,000 sqft is left or vacant
I am looking for 2 tenants who can lease the entire space
Here are more pictures:

Thanks in advance.
@Henri Meli, I know you have a commercial property. Any ideas my friend?

Most tenants I get out of creating my own Loopnet/sign postings have been the smaller/local outfits. For bigger, national tenants, I've relied on leasing only brokerages, such as Katz. I've generally found meddling success with jack of all trades brokerages. just my own experience. Of course, if you are in a high demand, low supply location, only a sign will do the trick nicely.
