Our group has a strong focus on sourcing fix/flip and buy & hold properties for investors.  We are also investors and have a passion for sourcing quality deals to pass on qualified investors.   We have a referral partner network where our partners earn anywhere from 5 - 10% of the revenue generated on a transaction for very little effort.  More frequently we have boots on the ground/agents that assist us in photographing and meeting investors at our properties, we pay anywhere from 3 - 7% for these scenarios.
