Help with Reputable Private Lender Recommendations

We are looking for additional funding sources, are there any private lenders that lend in VA? We have been using HML's for a while now and while they have been good to work with their down payment requirements can be quite cumbersome with multiple projects ongoing at one time. Any Reputable private lender recommendations are appreciated
