Looking for a reliable contractor to handle a 2600 sq ft freestanding brick duplex row home total renovation. Work will include everything from repairing/replacing floor joists through to drywall and surfaces, may include demo. Both units need upgraded 200 amp electrical to support modern solar/battery and EV charging equipment, may include digging out crawl spaces to full finished basements, roof top decks, window/door replacements, and exterior repair/refinish.  Any recommendations?
